This is my boss, who, when All Eyes On Me came out, said she wished there were a police car to patrol the theater because of “the type of people” coming to see the movie. Who made an employee close the theater entirely by himself because he “owed her” for requesting a day off. Who frequently yells at staff. In front of customers. Who called to yell at me for leaving the theater without notifying her when blood soaked through my pants and then tried to make me return to work (I have reproductive issues and this is not exactly average period behavior for me. I was trying to get a doctor’s appointment at the time). Who makes the entire crew miserable. Who makes the management team dread coming to work. Who has made countless employees literally break down in tears at work. Who, in fact, grabbed a female employee for doing so. Who gave a shift sign up sheet to employees for Christmas so that we’d all have time with our families, and then threw it out and scheduled us for times that were more convenient for her. Who is always late with the schedule. Who is disrespectful, rude, and arrogant. Who tried to frame me for a work issue that i wasnt involved in and could have gotten me fired until I pointed out a flaw in her story. She said the man called me Mary when my nametag clearly says Justine. Who yells at us for calling in, who has zero sympathy for physical issues. Who made me close for an entire week after I requested an afternoon off for a Dr appointment because of horrible pain I was having, and who made me do the full extent of heavy lifting and hard working anyways. She is currently not letting me come back to work until I can provide a doctor’s note for having left work because my period had soaked through my pants. I can’t get into my doctor until Feb 17th. She was originally going to have the assistant manager wait until I drove 30 minutes to work with no heat in my car to send me right back home. Thankfully the assistant manager is on our side. She cares about pettiness and revenge, not her job and certainly not her employees.I know im giving a fair amount of sass in these texts, but its been over a year and nothing has gotten better. We’ve called her in. We’ve sent emails. We’ve complained. Why aren’t you doing anything?? To anyone reading this, AMC Decatur Strand 10 in Illinois has a GM, Tiffany Hermann, who is a tyrant and a bully. At this point I believe all AMC theatres share this uncaring attitude about what kind of people are leading their branches and whether or not their employees are being treated fairly or even wth any kind of respect. Myself, along with CSU LGBT Resource Center Director Aaric Guerriero can confirm that multiple students have been scammed by this doctor, who is changing the medical codes for the surgery post-op. This is resulting in $30,000 medical fees that should have been covered by insurances and were not agreed upon. He (Dr. Hartley) is taking advantage of the fight we have with the legal system to get covered by insurances and scamming trans individuals seeking care in the Colorado area. Please be safe and spread this information!!!
Guys seriously please spread this, we were almost affected by this. The front desk staff at his clinic in Boulder were so kind we had no idea. I saved up for so long to get this surgery I can’t imagine other guys loosing it all to this asshat

If a cat or dog is eating vegan meals, they’re doing it out of their own free will, just saying. Give a dog a piece of Tofu turkey and they eat it, i didn’t force them to eat it, so.
Give a dog anti freeze and they’ll eat it. Feed a dog rat poison and they’ll eat it. Give a dog grapes, nuts, chocolate, beer, etc. They’ll eat it. They don’t know that it’s dangerous for them. As their caretaker you are responsible for knowing better, not them. If you deprive your cats or dogs of meat, especially cats, you are actively killing your companion in the slowest way.
I once adopted a kitten who was being systematically starved by his previous human who insisted in feeding him vegan food. He was so excited when he got meat-based cat food from us that he gorged himself until he puked. He was left with digestive tract issues for years because of his previous human’s neglect. Do not do this. I don’t care what you believe in personally - cats are carnivores (not omnivores), depriving them from meat is cruel and animal abuse.
Not to mention the fact that cats are literally the only species that are 100% carnivorous and cannot digest plant matter at all. If you absolutely must have a 100% vegan household get a herbivorous lizard or fish or rabbit or something
As someone who genuinely is paid to know a lot about pet nutrition, please for the love of god know that if you’re feeding your animals a vegan diet, you’re going to end up killing them or giving them bad diseases in the very minimal result. I met a woman at work who was telling me about how she feeds her cat a full vegan diet and I don’t know if I’ve ever felt that much anger in my entire life. Of course I didn’t say anything to her because I didn’t want to lose my job, but afterwards I posted on facebook because I was just so shook up. Yes, dogs can have a vegan diet but they’re going to develop bad kidney issues and be extremely malnourished, but cats are 100% obligate carnivores. Heck, cats can’t actually even see still water- nor do they drink water in the wild. They actually only get their hydration from the meat they consume, which is why it’s important to find a wet food that has a ‘high moisture content’ because if your cat is seeking water from a bowl, it means they’re usually already dehydrated.
It’s actually pretty hypocritical of vegans to try and feed their animals a vegan diet because they’re the ones who are against animal cruelty and yet feeding a vegan diet to obligate carnivores is actually the definition of animal cruelty. Don’t be fucking assholes and kill your pets.
Vegans cannot cope with the idea that life consumes life. If you eat a plant you kill it.
Theres no essential difference between a cow eating grass and a cat eating a mouse.

Hello, so its recently been announced that Netflix will be coming out with a two hour series finale for Sense8 as of next year (congratulations to you all by the way). I know that fans of the Get Down have been trying for months to have the show renewed, but now that Netflix has instead given this alternative to one show, I’ve decided to ask if they can do it for another.
